Who is doing bodyweight training?
Army special forces, firefighters and sport teams are known by using bodyweight trainining to gain strength and power, without compromising speed and coordination. It is not new: men was designed to exercise with his own bodyweight and not using weights. Well known sport players and actors have incorporated bodyweight exercises in their rutines. Actor and martial-artist Bruce Lee alredy did one-arm two-fingers push-ups (bodyweight training video), isometric exercises, among others. In sport magazines, you can find workout programs of Andy Murray, Leigh Halfpenny, David Haye, and actors, Gerard Butler, Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Jason Statham, and Daniel Craig (Men's health: Elite muscle manual.
